We do not encourage anyone to buy ORDL.

  • ORDL is only a community identity credential. It is not an investment.
  • Long-term practice is how you receive ORDL rewards (details TBD). There is no need to buy it.
  • This page has no way to buy anything and shows no price or market data.

This document describes a project. It is not investment, legal or tax advice. The ORDL token may lose value or go to zero. The long-term vision described here is not guaranteed. Content on practice and health is for learning only and cannot replace diagnosis or treatment by a doctor.

Before you read: why a new version

The first whitepaper was written when the project had just begun. All we had then was one idea: to look again, with scientific eyes, at the experience our ancestors left us in the five arts of mountain, medicine, destiny, physiognomy and divination, and to tell the world about Chinese culture properly. That idea has not changed at all.

Two things have changed.

First, we have built some real things: a multilingual website with learning content, an AI practice companion, consultations and Q&A, membership with wallet linking, on-chain settlement and donations, self-observation tools, and public experiments. A whitepaper should describe what actually exists. Valuations and imagination can be left out.

Second, we see the way ahead more clearly. ORDL wants to grow, slowly, from a small laboratory (Lab) into a league (League) where people practise together. In the end, we hope the community’s own real income can sustain its members’ practice, so that people no longer have to chase money and can give themselves fully to practice.

That is a distant goal. So this version does a few things: it removes the promises from the old version that we cannot guarantee; it writes down how money comes in, is kept and is used as rules anyone can check; it turns the conditions for each stage into milestones that can be verified; and it puts the risks up front.

One more thing comes first: we do not encourage anyone to buy ORDL. ORDL is only the community’s identity credential. Friends who practise over the long term will receive ORDL rewards in future (details TBD; see Chapter 5 and Chapter 6).

Who we are

Occult Realm Dao Lab, ORDL for short. Our website is ordl.net.

We do one thing: human upgrade. Seeing a little more clearly, choosing a little more steadily, and becoming someone better able to take responsibility for yourself.

  1. Return
  2. Refine
  3. Reunite
The flask: coming back to yourself, burning off impurities bit by bit, and gathering your scattered self into one whole.

We often use a flask as a picture of this. A person is like the material in a flask: everyday confusion, anxiety and old habits make it cloudier and cloudier. Practice is a repeated “return, refine, reunite”: coming back to yourself, burning off the impurities bit by bit, and gathering your scattered self into one whole. In today’s words it is a kind of “active negentropy”: through your own effort, life becomes more and more ordered.

Our roots are in the East. Mountain (nourishing life and cultivation), medicine, destiny, physiognomy and divination hold thousands of years of Chinese experience of life. What we want to do is unpack that experience from a scientific point of view and say honestly which parts today’s science can already understand, which parts are still unclear, and which may be wrong. We call this a small “Eastern Renaissance”, and we welcome Western traditions and contemporary thought into the conversation.

The team is very small for now. Following a principle set in the first version, we keep our systems as simple and loosely coupled as possible, so that one person can maintain them. Whatever can be handed to the community goes to the community; whatever can be handed to public rules goes to the rules.

What we believe

Original aspiration

To revive and share Chinese culture, so that the life wisdom of the East is taken seriously by more people.

Mission

To keep decoding the experience of the esoteric traditions from a scientific point of view, for people’s benefit.

Values

Open, inclusive, diligent, good. We care, we share.

A few principles for how we work:

  1. Evidence first, then stories. Esoteric content is attractive; the scientific explanation has to be just as clear. Where something cannot be explained, we write “unclear”.
  2. When we are wrong, we say so publicly. In our public experiments, the misses are announced as loudly as the hits.
  3. We promise only what we can deliver. We do not promise luck, fortune or health outcomes, and we do not promise any returns.
  4. The DAO spirit. The community builds together, the rules are public, decisions leave a trail, and where the money goes can be checked.
  5. Simple and sustainable. One person can maintain the systems; money goes into reserves before anyone talks about distribution.

What already exists

The following are already live on ordl.net. They are described here by category only; the website is the reference for the exact features.

Live

Multilingual website and learning content

A multilingual site with account sign-up and sign-in; articles, mentor profiles and reading material covering Eastern and Western traditions and contemporary thought, with sources noted; courses are being added over time

Live

AI practice companion

An AI assistant built into the site that accompanies your learning and answers questions

Live

Consultations and Q&A

One-to-one consultations and paid Q&A; paid Q&A is settled through an on-chain escrow contract

Live

Membership and wallet linking

Holders can link an ORDL address to their account with a wallet signature, in three tiers (Fellow / Supporter / Patron). The perks are mainly service conveniences, plus a capped course discount

Live

On-chain settlement and donations

Payments for paid Q&A go into an escrow contract before being released; voluntary support can be any amount, and ORDL received goes to a dedicated address that only holds and never sells, with its balance published every month

Live

Self-observation tools

Self-observation tools based on the traditional calendar and astrology

Live

Public experiments

Small, testable experiments run in public at regular intervals; results are published whether right or wrong

Live

Systems

As simple as possible; one person can maintain them

About holder perks

A few things about holder perks need to be clear:

  • Perks are membership conveniences that come with community identity, mainly services. The only one related to price is a course discount: once courses are live, Fellow gets 10% off, Supporter 20% off and Patron 30% off, with a maximum saving of 100 USDC per account per year. Apart from the course discount, all services cost the same for holders and non-holders.
  • Perks are not payments, returns or rewards. They cannot be transferred or exchanged and have nothing to do with any holder distribution. Perks may be changed or stopped, with 30 days’ notice.
  • Holder dividends and claiming are currently switched off. This is a decision we made deliberately.

In progress: practice tools and publications. We will invite community members to take part as co-creators in testing, reading and feedback, but we will not pay for reviews.

From Lab to League: three stages

We divide the future into three stages. The conditions for each stage are written as milestones that can be checked; we move on only when they are met, not according to a calendar. The exact numbers in the tables below have not been set yet and are all marked TBD; they will be announced in advance once decided.

  1. Lab Laboratory

    Now

    Research, content, tools, experiments

    Milestones for entering Guild

    • Registered members TBD
    • Sustained practitioners TBD
    • Operating coverage ≥ 1 (TBD months in a row)
    • Operating account ≥ 6 months of expenses
    • 2-of-3 multisig · monthly accounts published
    • First practice tools and publications
  2. Guild A community of practice

Groups build together: content, courses, translation, testing, leading practice, answering questions

    Milestones for entering League

    • Active members TBD
    • Members and mentors leading practice TBD
    • Real income covers all expenses, with profit for TBD months in a row
    • Practice support reserve: TBD months
    • Public proposals · annual third-party audit
    • Legal opinions
  3. League An alliance

    Vision

Practise and upgrade together; once reserves are sufficient, real income supports practice

    Conditions to keep up

    • Real income only
    • Losses → operating reserve → practice support reserve
    • Annual spending share TBD
    • Published monthly
    • Spending falls automatically when income falls
We move by milestones, not by calendar. Numbers are marked TBD; League is a vision and is not guaranteed.

Stage 1: Lab (laboratory) — now

What happens: research, content, tools, experiments. A small team lays the foundations: website and learning content, AI practice companion, consultations and Q&A, public experiments, practice tools and publications.

Milestones for entering Stage 2 (all must be met)
AreaMilestone
MembersRegistered members reach TBD
PractitionersTBD members keep submitting practice records, sustained for TBD months
IncomeOperating coverage (operating income ÷ operating expenses) ≥ 1 for TBD consecutive months
ReservesOperating account balance ≥ 6 months of operating expenses
GovernanceA 2-of-3 multisig is set up and its signers (including at least one independent signer) are announced; monthly accounts published for TBD consecutive months
ProductsFirst practice tools and publications released

Stage 2: Guild (a community of practice)

What happens: from “we build it and show you” to “we all build it together”. Practitioners, builders and mentors form small groups, each responsible for content, courses, translation, testing, leading practice or answering questions. Contributions start to be recorded and seen, and start to be rewarded under public rules (see Chapter 5).

Milestones for entering Stage 3 (all must be met)
AreaMilestone
MembersActive members reach TBD
Practitioners and mentorsTBD members and mentors able to lead practice; public records of led practice
IncomeThe community’s real income covers all operating expenses, with realised profit for TBD consecutive months
ReservesThe operating account keeps 6 months of expenses; a separate “practice support reserve” holds TBD months of the support budget
GovernanceChanges to important rules go through public proposals and consultation; an annual third-party audit report is published
ComplianceLegal opinions obtained on contribution rewards and practice support

Stage 3: League (an alliance)

What happens: members practise together and upgrade together. Once reserves are sufficient, the community’s own real income supports members’ practice lives under public rules. In the end, we hope members no longer need to chase money and can give themselves fully to practice.

Conditions this stage must keep up over the long term
AreaCondition
Source of fundsOnly the community’s real income: services, courses, publications and practice tools, voluntary support, goods and so on. Never paying earlier members with newcomers’ money
OrderFirst make up losses, then top up operating reserves, then fund the practice support reserve; only then talk about spending
Spending capTotal practice support per year stays below a small share of the reserve (share TBD, following the 4% idea in v0.25)
TransparencyIncome, reserves, the rules for the support list and the totals published every month
FallbackWhen income falls, spending is reduced automatically by rule; advance notice is given before the reserve runs out

To be clear: League is a vision. Whether and when we get there depends on the value the community actually creates, and we cannot guarantee it. Practice support goes to members according to their contribution and practice, and has nothing to do with how much ORDL they hold.

Rewriting distribution with crypto tools

We want to use crypto as a tool to make “who did what, where the money comes from and whose hands it ends up in” more transparent, fairer and less laborious. In traditional organisations these relationships rely on bookkeepers, intermediaries and trust; on-chain, many steps can be handed to public code and to data anyone can check.

Some of the mechanisms below are already running; others are written into the v0.25 design but are not live yet. We label each one clearly.

LiveAlready running

  • Escrow settlement (paid Q&A)
  • Wallet-signature linking for holder identity
  • Public ORDL donation address: holds only, never sells, balance published monthly
  • Multilingual website, AI practice companion, consultations and Q&A, self-observation tools, public experiments

What is already running is kept clearly apart from what is only written into the design.

5.1 Already running Live

Live

Escrow settlement (paid Q&A)

The person asking pays in an on-chain stablecoin, and the funds are first locked in an escrow contract. When the answer is delivered, the contract releases the payment to the person answering; if there is no answer, the asker can get a refund. The money never passes through anyone’s private account; the rules are written in the contract for anyone to inspect. It is the smallest working example of “paying directly for real work”, and future services such as leading practice, courses and translation can follow the same idea.

Live

Wallet-signature linking

A holder signs a short text with their own Bitcoin wallet to prove the address is theirs: no transfer, no fee, and no private key handed over. This is how holder perks are recognised.

Live

Public ORDL donation address

ORDL received as voluntary support goes to a public, dedicated address that only holds and never sells. Its balance is published every month, and anyone can check it on-chain.

5.2 Designed but not live (v0.25) Designed · not live

The mechanisms below are written into the Economic Model Specification v0.25 and a contract prototype and have been tested locally, but they have not been deployed and not a single distribution has ever been made. Holder distribution is currently switched off. Whether it is ever switched on will be decided only after the multisig signers are settled and legal opinions have been issued, and it would only ever use real, realised profit. By design, claims would settle in USDC on the Base network; official contract addresses and claim pages would be announced only through official channels.

  1. Four separate accounts, visible on-chain. A principal account (never distributed), an operating account, a distribution reserve and a distribution contract are managed separately. The reserve and the distribution contract are controlled by a multisig, with public balances.

  2. Profit only, reserves first. Principal and recovered costs are never distributed; losses are first made up from later profits; profit first tops the operating account up to 6 months of expenses, and only what is left goes into the reserve, in proportion.

    Parameters

The monthly base amount is the smaller of two figures: the share ρ × the average profit of the past 36 months, or 4% a year × the average net assets of the past 36 months (at cost). At most 1/12 of the reserve can be used per month, so in months without new profit payouts taper gently instead of stopping suddenly.

  3. A share capped by the golden ratio. The share ρ that goes into the reserve rises slowly and falls fast.

    Parameters

ρ starts at 38.2%. Only while the treasury is healthy can it rise, by at most 2.36 percentage points per quarter, up to 61.8%; any unrecovered loss sends it straight back to 38.2%.

  4. A random monthly pool nobody can predict. The amount actually paid each month = the base amount × a factor m between 0.5 and 1.0, which nobody, including us, can know in advance.

    Parameters

m is set by the hash of the 6th Bitcoin block after the snapshot. At the moment of the snapshot, that block does not exist yet. Whatever is not paid out stays in the reserve.

  5. Weights that make splitting addresses a losing move. Splitting the same amount across several addresses always lowers the total, so creating extra accounts gains nothing. Parameter changes require at least 30 days’ notice.

    Parameters

    Share weight w = b × (b / T)ε × a ramp factor, where T = 10,000 and ε = 0.02; below 5,000 tokens the weight is 0, rising linearly from 5,000 to 10,000.

  6. Claim proofs bound to the person and the chain. Even if someone else submits a claim on your behalf, the money can only go to the address written in; the same proof is invalid on another chain or another contract.

    Parameters

Each period’s list is built into a Merkle tree, and every entry includes the claimant’s receiving address, the chain ID and the contract address.

  7. Double-checked snapshots. At least two independent BRC-20 indexers reconcile every address. After publication there is a 72-hour challenge period in which anyone can request a correction with evidence.

  8. Monthly public accounts. Account balances, losses still to be made up, the month’s profit, the 36-month averages, ρ and the reason for any change, the base amount, m and the monthly pool are all published, so anyone can recalculate them.

For the order in which money flows, see the money-flow diagram in Chapter 7.

5.3 Looking ahead: rewards for contribution Direction · details TBD

The v0.25 distribution design looks only at ORDL holdings. On the way to Guild and League, we want to shift more weight to real contribution: teaching and leading practice, practice records, content and translation, testing and feedback, and co-development.

Design direction (not final; details TBD):

  • Contributions need public, checkable records, such as records of led practice, submitted translations and test reports, confirmed by the group and its mentors.
  • Rewards reuse the tools already built: service work is paid directly through escrow settlement; periodic contribution rewards are paid from a Merkle list, with amounts bound to receiving addresses.
  • The money comes only from real income and ranks after the operating reserve. v0.25 already has a starting point: a contribution-reward budget kept in the operating account, capped each year at 10% of that year’s operating income, used only to reward real contribution, with the yearly total published.
  • Practice support likewise ranks after the reserves and is paid under public rules, with amounts and list rules published every month.

5.4 ORDL rewards for long-term practitioners Direction · details TBD

We want ORDL to end up with the people who actually practise here. People who practise over the long term will receive ORDL. Learning on the platform is one way of practising, and so are daily practice, practice records, leading practice and practising together. That way ORDL is something you “earn” through practice. There is no need to buy it on a market.

  1. PracticeLearning on the platform, daily practice, practice records, leading practice, practising together
  2. RewardLong-term practitioners receive ORDL; source, standards and amounts TBD; no new issuance
  3. IdentityORDL is a community identity credential, linked to your account by wallet signature
  4. PerksOnce a tier is reached, holder perks apply, including the capped course discount
ORDL is something you earn through practice; there is no need to buy it on a market. This is still at the design stage, details TBD, and not a promise.

A few points need explaining:

  • Where the reward ORDL comes from: from a community allocation (TBD). All ORDL has already been minted; ORDL Lab will not issue or mint any new tokens for this. If we plan to use ORDL received as voluntary support, we will give at least 30 days’ notice under the existing rules.
  • What counts as “long-term practice”: standards for practice records, practice time, course study, leading practice and practising together are TBD.
  • Anti-abuse rules: multiple accounts per person, idling to inflate practice time, bulk sign-ups and the like do not count. Specific rules are TBD; in principle they follow the same idea as “splitting addresses is a losing move”.
  • How much each person receives, and how often: TBD.
  • Rewards also bring membership perks: once ORDL earned through practice reaches a tier, it can likewise be linked to an account and enjoy holder perks (including the capped course discount).
  • A reward does not imply value: the ORDL you receive may have no market value, and we make no promise about what it is worth.

All of this is still at the design stage, and we do not treat it as a promise. Before anything is switched on, we will ask for public comment and obtain legal opinions first.

The role of the ORDL token

What ORDL is: an existing BRC-20 token on Bitcoin, ticker ORDL, with a total supply of 210 million. It has nothing to do with ORDI. We are not issuing a new coin, and we are not redeploying ORDL on any other chain.

At most 100 USDC saved per account per year

Perks are not payments, returns or rewards; they cannot be transferred or exchanged, and may be changed or stopped with 30 days’ notice. Do not buy ORDL for the discount.

Tiers are set by your lowest balance over the past 30 days. Perks are mainly service conveniences; the course discount saves at most 100 USDC per account per year, and courses are not live yet.
  • Link your account with a wallet signature and become a Fellow, Supporter or Patron (tier set by your lowest balance over the past 30 days, starting at 10,000, 100,000 and 1,000,000 tokens respectively) to receive membership perks: mainly service conveniences, plus a course discount (once courses are live: 10% / 20% / 30% off, with a maximum saving of 100 USDC per account per year).
  • The course discount is a convenience that comes with community identity. It is capped and is not an investment return. Long-term practitioners whose reward ORDL reaches a tier get the same perk.
  • Take part as a co-creator in testing practice tools and publications and giving feedback.
  • Join community discussions and, in future, governance consultations (format TBD).

What holding ORDL does not mean

  • It does not mean dividends. Dividends and claiming are currently switched off.
  • It does not mean unlimited discounts. The course discount is capped at 100 USDC a year; all other services cost the same for everyone.
  • It does not mean returns or appreciation. We do no “market-cap management” and make no promise about price.
  • It does not mean practice support. In the League stage, practice support is given according to contribution and practice, not holdings.

How to get ORDL: we hope people receive ORDL rewards through long-term practice, with no need to spend money on it. The source of rewards, the standards, the anti-abuse rules and the amounts are all TBD (see 5.4).

Issuance: ORDL’s deployment and minting history, including whether it was a fair mint, is To be confirmed and will be explained publicly and separately once confirmed.

Income and money rules (v0.25)

Where income comes from

Only real income counts:

  • Consultations and paid Q&A (on-chain escrow settlement)
  • Courses and learning content
  • Practice tools and publications
  • Voluntary support
  • Merchandise in future (such as incense, small ornaments and accessories; whether we do this is TBD)

Not counted as income: donations of ORDL or other tokens, loans, deposits, internal transfers, and paper gains on anything not sold.

How the money is used

Designed · not live

④ Steady monthly outflow

At most 1/12 of the reserve per month; amount paid = base amount × m (0.5–1.0)

Switched off

Distribution contract · claiming shares

Merkle list, amounts bound to receiving addresses; holder distribution is currently off

The order is fixed: make up losses, fund operations, build reserves, and only then talk about distribution or support. Dashed boxes are designed but not live; holder distribution is currently switched off.

Following the v0.25 order, one step at a time:

  1. First, make up losses. Anything advanced or lost before is recovered first.
  2. Then, fund operations. The operating account is topped up to 6 months of operating expenses. Website income (voluntary support, courses and so on) goes only into the operating account.
  3. Then, build reserves. Only real, realised profit goes into the reserve, under the rules.
  4. Only then, distribution or support. Yearly spending stays below a small share of the reserve and leaves the reserve steadily, month by month.

What is published

Every month: account balances, losses still to be made up, the month’s income and expenses, operating coverage, and reserve balances and their use. Every year: the total paid from the contribution-reward budget and the third-party audit report.

The balance of the ORDL donation address is published every month. That ORDL is only held, never sold; if its use is ever to change, we will give at least 30 days’ notice.

Governance

We work in the DAO spirit, but step by step, without handing over anything that is not ready.

Now (Lab)

  • A small team runs day-to-day operations; one person can maintain the systems.
  • Rule changes are announced at least 30 days in advance; comments are collected and answered publicly during the notice period, and changes apply only to snapshots taken after the announcement.
  • Funds related to the reserve and distribution use a 2-of-3 multisig, with at least one signer independent of the founder and keys kept in hardware wallets. The signers are TBD; no real distribution will be switched on before they are chosen.
  • Freezing the monthly ledger, producing the list and opening a claim window each require sign-off by two people.
  • Succession plan: two backup signers and a written operating manual are designated in advance. If the founder is unable to act for 60 consecutive days, the backup signers can continue according to the manual; if no list can be produced for 3 consecutive months, distribution is paused and the funds stay where they are, not used for anything else.

Later (Guild and League)

  • Group self-governance: content, courses, translation, testing and leading practice each have their own leads.
  • Important rules go through public proposals, consultation and public responses; the exact voting method is TBD.
  • A third-party audit once a year, with the report published.

Risks and disclaimers

Please read this chapter in full.

  1. Not investment advice; buying is not encouraged.

This whitepaper is not investment, legal or tax advice. We do not encourage anyone to buy ORDL; it is only a community identity credential. If you still buy or sell ORDL on a market, that is your own decision and the consequences are yours.

  2. The token may lose value.

The price of ORDL may fall sharply, even to zero, and liquidity may be very poor. We do no market-cap management and make no promise about price.

  3. Practice rewards carry no promise of value.

ORDL rewards received by long-term practitioners may have no market value at all; the reward rules may be changed or paused. Receiving tokens may have tax implications in some places; please check for yourself.

  4. Holder perks may change.

Holder perks (including the course discount) are membership conveniences, not investment returns, and cannot be transferred or exchanged. Tier thresholds, discount rates and the annual cap may be changed or stopped, with 30 days’ notice. Do not buy ORDL for the discount.

  5. No promise of returns.

We do not promise any return, interest, dividend or appreciation. Holder dividends are currently switched off; even if they are switched on one day, they would come only from real profit and could be zero for a long time.

  6. The vision may not be realised.

From Lab to League is a long-term direction. “Members no longer having to chase money” depends on the community’s real income; it may never be reached, or may take a very long time.

  7. Regulatory uncertainty.

Regulation of crypto assets, token distribution and esoteric services differs from country to country and keeps changing. Some features may not be available in some places (for example, some ORDL-related features may not be offered to residents of mainland China and other restricted regions). Rules may be adjusted because of legal requirements.

  8. Technical risk.

The Bitcoin network, BRC-20 indexers, wallets, the public chain and stablecoin used for settlement, the escrow contract and the website can all fail, be changed or be attacked.

  9. Security.

We will never ask for your seed phrase or private key. Linking a wallet only signs a short text; never sign a transaction or approve spending on any page that claims to be for “binding”.

  10. Nature of the content.

Content on practice and wellbeing is for learning only. It is not medical advice and cannot replace a doctor. Content on destiny, physiognomy and divination is cultural study and personal reference and guarantees no luck, fortune or health outcome. If you feel unwell, see a doctor first.

  11. Team risk.

The team is very small, and changes in key people could affect progress; that is why we have a succession plan and a multisig.

Closing

What we want to do is simple: help people see a little more clearly, choose a little more steadily, and live in a way they can stand behind.

Money is only a tool that lets this go further. We would rather go a little slower, build solid reserves and keep the books in the open than say a single thing we cannot deliver.

If you also believe that human upgrade starts from the inside, you are welcome at ordl.net, to practise together and build together.

“The community invests tokens in content and shares the returns”Removed; co-creation becomes co-creators taking part, with no paid reviewsIt implies promised investment returns
“VIP membership by staking tokens”Replaced by Fellow / Supporter / Patron tiers linked by wallet signature: mainly service conveniences, plus a capped course discount (once courses are live: 10% / 20% / 30% off, at most 100 USDC per account per year); ORDL earned as practice rewards qualifies tooMatches what is actually live; the discount is an identity convenience, not an investment return
Two sentences on a “free cash flow structure”Replaced by the v0.25 money rules: make up losses, then fund 6 months of operations, then build reserves, with monthly publicationCan be checked
No stagesAdded the three stages Lab → Guild → League with checkable milestonesA new direction
No explanation of distributionAdded “rewriting distribution with crypto tools”: escrow settlement, Merkle lists, anti-splitting weights, a random monthly pool, multisig, monthly publication — with clear labels for what is live and what is only designedUse crypto tools to make distribution transparent and efficient
Only four vague risk statementsAdded full risks and disclaimers: not investment advice, the token may lose value, no promise of returns, the vision is not guaranteed, regulation, content is not medical adviceTo protect readers
No arrangement for rewarding contributionAdded a “contribution-reward budget”: kept in the operating account, capped each year at 10% of that year’s operating income, used to reward real contribution, with the yearly total publishedRewards match real contribution; a plain name and an amount that can be checked
ORDL’s role not explainedAdded the principle: we do not encourage anyone to buy ORDL; ORDL is only a community identity credential; long-term practitioners receive ORDL rewards (learning counts as practice; source, “long-term practice” standard, anti-abuse rules and amounts TBD; no new issuance)Bring ORDL back to being an identity credential, away from speculation
No open itemsAdded a list of open items: multisig signers, exchange addresses, issuance details (to be confirmed), legal opinions and moreNo invented numbers
