Life
Miguel Covarrubias (1904–1957) was a Mexican illustrator and ethnographer whose Island of Bali (1937) remains a widely read published introduction to Balinese Hindu temple calendars, dance and village religion—valuable and dated. ORDL lists him as a literature card for Balinese Hinduism on the map. This page offers no temple how-to and does not sell ritual tourism.
